Gives you energy and aid in the morning after night out

Very good substitute for Diet Coke as I’ve been using it.

We have been using fast up for over a year so no issues so far, its difficult to tell if there are any real benefits with this as its difficult to measure. What I can say is that its easy and pleasant to take but in a year I have not had one cold or flu symptom, I feel that it does me good and I have had no side effects with any of the fastup products, so I'll continue taking these daily

Save your money and just pop to your local supermarket and buy anything but these for a lot less money. These take ages to dissolve unless you crush them with a spoon, not very fizzy at all, just overpriced.
