Standard Shipping
1. Free Royal Mail Tracked shipping is available for orders within the UK over £15
2. For orders under £15 and within the UK, standard tracked shipping is £4.20 via Royal Mail Tracked delivery service.
3. For orders over 2KG in weight, shipment will be done by DPD
What happens if I'm unable to receive my delivery?
If no one is available to sign for your delivery, the courier will leave a card with contact details so you can arrange to collect your parcel from the nearest depot or schedule a new delivery.
You may request specific delivery instructions prior to despatch — such as leaving the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place. Please note that such arrangements are made at your own risk and may void any insurance coverage.
Couriers typically hold undelivered parcels for a maximum of five to seven days. If the item is not collected or redelivery is not arranged within that time, it will be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for return shipping.
International Delivery
We do not currently offer delivery to addresses located outside the UK but, are actively looking into supporting international shipments in the near future.
